Axlund Road Closing Sept. 23-24 for Culvert Replacement

The Whatcom County Public Works Department will close Axlund Road between Barnhart Road and H Street Road from 8:30am on Wednesday, September 23, through 4:30pm on Thursday, September 24, for a culvert installation project.

This closure will be in effect 24-hours each day for the duration of the project. This closure is in effect for ALL TRAFFIC, including emergency vehicles. Detour routes will be in place throughout the road closure.

This project is weather dependent; closure dates and times are subject to change.
