The Whatcom County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding File #PLN2018-00001:
a. Adopting the new Six-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Whatcom County Facilities 2019-2024 (Appendix F of the Whatcom County Comprehensive Plan).
b. Repealing the existing Six-Year CIP for Whatcom County Facilities 2017-2022.
c. Amending Whatcom County Comprehensive Plan Goal 4K to enable school and fire districts to receive mitigation fees.
d. Adopting new Whatcom County Comprehensive Plan Policy 4K-5 to adopt the Whatcom County Fire District # 5 Capital Facilities Plan into the Comprehensive Plan by reference.

The hearing will be held Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the Planning & Development Services Northwest Annex, 5280 Northwest Drive, Bellingham.
