Rescuers to be Recognized by Lake Whatcom Cardiac Arrest Survivor

A 71-year old survivor of sudden cardiac arrest and the responders who save his life will be reunited during a recognition ceremony at Bloedel Donovan Park on Lake Whatcom, December 8 at 12 noon.
